Aoife works with busy Chief Risk Officers and Chief Operating Officers to deliver risk strategies that work, and are anchored in their business' objectives and growth ambitions. She works as a trusted advisor at C-suite and Board level internationally, and combines this experience with deep subject matter expertise in non-financial risk management to provide thoughtful advice, bespoke to her clients.

Early in her career, Aoife was one of the youngest directors at a global, institutional bank. She worked on one of the largest corporate exits in history, leading an investment bank’s control function through the final phases of an international closedown. Most recently, Aoife supported one of the fastest banking licence applications approved by a European regulator, and was nominated as Governance, Risk and Compliance ‘Innovator of the Year’ 2024.

Aoife is a strong proponent of cultural change within financial services, and mentors those building a career in the industry. Through her mentoring and training work, she is committed to 'demystifying risk' - making core concepts accessible, and creating career pathways for aspiring risk leaders.
